The workshop is organised by BN Medline Aesthetic, which is the controller of the personal data you provide through the registration form.

We collect what you type into the registration form. The only thing gathered beyond that is advertising measurement, described in section 03, and it happens only if you agree to it.

Full name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address, country and speciality are required to register. Without them we may not be able to complete your registration or give you access to the workshop. City and clinic are marked optional in the form and are not required.

We also record the browser identification string your device sends with the registration, which helps us tell a real submission from an automated one.

We advertise this workshop on Facebook and Instagram. To learn which of those advertisements actually bring people here, we use Meta's measurement tools, and those set cookies in your browser.

None of it happens unless you agree. You are asked when you first open the site, and until you answer, nothing from Meta is loaded and no cookie is set. If you decline, nothing is loaded and nothing is reported — not from your browser, and not from our servers either.

If you consent to advertising measurement and then register, certain identifiers — your name, email address, phone number, city and country — are securely hashed before being transmitted to Meta for matching and advertising measurement purposes. Hashing means these identifiers are not transmitted in their original readable form; it is not anonymisation, because Meta can compare the result against hashes of its own in order to recognise you.

Technical information is also transmitted, and this is not hashed: your IP address, the browser identification string your device sends, the Meta cookie identifiers set in your browser, and information about the event itself. Meta Platforms Ireland Limited may process this information in connection with Meta Business Tools.

Your speciality and your clinic are never sent to Meta, even though the form collects them.

Separately from all of the above, we record the campaign labels that appear in our own web address when you arrive — the part of a link that reads utm_source or utm_campaign. They are labels we put in our own advertisements, they describe the advertisement rather than you, and we keep them with your registration so we know which one brought you. This happens whether or not you accept advertising cookies, because nothing is read from your device to do it and nothing about it identifies you. The basis is our legitimate interest in knowing which of our advertisements work (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), and you may object at any time.

You can change or withdraw this consent at any time using the Cookie Settings link at the foot of any page. Withdrawing it stops further measurement: nothing more is loaded from Meta and nothing more is reported. It does not reach what was already reported, and it does not by itself delete Meta cookies already stored in your browser — those you can remove through your browser's own settings, as you would for any other site.

We use your personal data to:

• register you for the workshop
• send you workshop access information
• communicate important workshop updates
• send you the workshop recording
• arrange delivery of AlphaScience samples, where applicable
• respond to questions related to the workshop

If you separately consent to marketing communications, we may also use your contact details to send information about BN Medline Aesthetic products, professional events, training opportunities and relevant offers. That consent is optional, it is off unless you tick the box yourself, and it may be withdrawn at any time.

We process the personal data required to register you for the workshop, provide access, send the recording and arrange delivery of samples because this processing is necessary to provide the service you requested (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Advertising measurement through Meta technologies is based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may withdraw that consent at any time through Cookie Settings.

If you separately choose to receive future marketing communications, that processing is also based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may withdraw your marketing consent at any time by writing to contact@bnmedlineaesthetic.com, or by using the unsubscribe link in any message, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

We share it with the providers who make the workshop work. Each acts on our instructions and may use your data only to provide that service:

• Website hosting — Vercel Inc.
• Registration database — Supabase Inc.
• Customer relationship management — KeyCRM
• Email delivery — Resend
• Internal notification of new registrations to our team — Telegram
• The online meeting platform on which the workshop is held — Google
• Advertising measurement — Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, and only if you consented to it
• A courier or postal service, where samples are shipped to you
• Authorised BN Medline Aesthetic staff, where necessary

Some of the providers listed above are established outside the European Economic Area, or may process data outside it. Where that happens, the transfer is made under the safeguards required by data protection law — which may include an adequacy decision, Standard Contractual Clauses, or another mechanism permitted under the GDPR.

If you would like details of the safeguards that apply to a particular provider, write to contact@bnmedlineaesthetic.com and we will tell you.

We keep your registration details until you ask us to delete them, and in any case no longer than 24 months after the workshop. After that they are deleted or anonymised. If you ask us to delete them sooner, we will, unless we are legally required to keep them.

If you gave marketing consent, we keep your contact details for that purpose until you withdraw it, and we record when the consent was given and which version of this policy was in force at the time.

Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, delete it, or restrict how we use it. You can object to processing where that right applies, ask us to send your data to another provider where that right applies, and withdraw any consent you have given.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP), or with the supervisory authority of the country you live in.
