This policy explains what we collect when you register for the AlphaScience online workshop, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.
Who is responsible for your data
The workshop is organised by BN Medline Aesthetic, which is the controller of the personal data you provide through the registration form.

What we collect
We only collect what you type into the registration form. Nothing else is gathered about you on this page.

- Phone or WhatsApp number
- Email address
- Country
- Speciality
- City — optional
- Clinic or practice — optional
Why we use it
We use your details for the workshop itself, and for nothing else:
- To register you and reserve your place
- To send you the access link by email and WhatsApp before the workshop
- To send you the recording by email after the workshop
- To contact you afterwards to arrange delivery of your AlphaScience samples
- To answer you if you get in touch about the workshop
The legal basis
We process your data on the basis of your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the registration form. You can withdraw that consent at any time by writing to contact@bnmedlineaesthetic.com. Withdrawing it does not affect anything we did lawfully beforehand.
Who else sees it
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
We do share it with the service providers who make the workshop work — the platform that hosts the session, the services that deliver our email and messages, and the system we use to manage registrations. They act on our instructions and may only use your data to provide that service.
Some of these providers may process data outside your country. Where that happens, it is done under the safeguards required by applicable data protection law.
How long we keep it
We keep your registration details until you withdraw your consent, and in any case no longer than 24 months after the workshop. After that they are deleted or anonymised. If you ask us to delete them sooner, we will, unless we are legally required to keep them.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or send it to another provider. You can also object to how we are using it, and withdraw your consent.
Write to contact@bnmedlineaesthetic.com and we will respond within the time the law allows. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your data, we will update this page and change the date shown below.
